The former military barracks "Orjenski bataljon" in Kumbor have recently been refurbished to become the tourist resort “Portonovi Montenegro”. The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) acquired a 90-year concession for the respective property, through the competition tendered by the Republic of Montenegro. There is nothing more to be seen of the former military usage but the citizens living nearby still remember the life next to the fenced military zone which extended from Kumbor to Đenovići. The premises included a cultural centre as well as sports grounds which were open to the general (local) public for special occasions.
